UtmostCare Limited Conducts Refreshers Mandatory Training to Reinforce Safe and Quality Care
UtmostCare Limited recently held its Refreshers Mandatory Training as part of its ongoing commitment to excellence, safety, and professional development within the health and social care sector. The training took place on the 17th of January 2026 and was delivered through a comprehensive face to face session lasting 7.5 hours.
This refresher training was designed to reinforce essential knowledge, update best practices, and ensure all staff remain fully compliant with regulatory standards. At UtmostCare, continuous learning is not optional. It is a core part of delivering safe, compassionate, and high quality care to those we support.
Comprehensive Mandatory Training Coverage
The Refreshers Mandatory Training covered a wide range of critical areas required for effective and responsible care delivery. Staff received updated guidance and practical insights on safeguarding adults at Levels 1 and 2, safeguarding children at Levels 1 and 2, and manual handling at Levels 1 and 2. These sessions focused on recognising risks, responding appropriately, and maintaining the dignity and safety of service users at all times.
Additional modules included health and safety, infection control and prevention, fire safety, equality, diversity and human rights, and basic life support. Each topic was delivered with clarity and practical relevance, ensuring participants could confidently apply what they learned in real care settings.
Building Confidence Through Face to Face Training
The face to face format of the training allowed for meaningful interaction, questions, demonstrations, and real life scenarios. This approach strengthened understanding and encouraged active participation, ensuring staff left the session confident and well equipped to uphold UtmostCare’s standards.
The training was facilitated by Fozia Liaqat Ahmed, Training Consultant, whose expertise and delivery ensured the session was both engaging and impactful. Her guidance reinforced the importance of compliance, awareness, and responsibility in everyday care practice.
At the end of the training, all participants were formally assessed and issued a Certificate of Completion to certify their participation and successful completion of the refresher programme. This certification confirms that staff are up to date with mandatory training requirements and fully equipped to apply current best practices in their daily care responsibilities.
Commitment to Quality and Compliance
At UtmostCare Limited, mandatory training is more than a requirement. It is a reflection of the organisation’s dedication to safeguarding, continuous improvement, and professional accountability. By investing in regular refresher training, UtmostCare ensures its staff remain competent, confident, and aligned with current care regulations and best practices.
This Refreshers Mandatory Training represents another important step in strengthening service delivery, protecting service users, and supporting staff growth. UtmostCare remains committed to providing care with compassion, integrity, and excellence at every level.
