As the year drew to a close, UtmostCare Limited gathered its remarkable team for a truly memorable End of Year Staff Dinner and Appreciation Night, an evening thoughtfully designed to celebrate service, dedication, and the shared values that define the UtmostCare family.

The event opened promptly at 6PM with arrival, registration, and welcome drinks. The atmosphere was warm and expectant. Colleagues greeted one another with ease, laughter flowed freely, and the quiet satisfaction of a year well served filled the room.

A Warm Welcome and Purposeful Reflections

At 6:30 PM, the evening was formally ushered in by MC Zeffy from London, whose poise and confidence set the tone for the night. This was followed by opening remarks from Fildah Katsaruware, Registered Manager, who delivered heartfelt reflections on the year’s journey. She acknowledged challenges overcome, milestones achieved, and most importantly, the people whose commitment made it all possible.

Laughter, Connection, and Shared Joy

From 6:40PM to 7:30PM, the hall came alive with an engaging icebreaker session featuring fun group activities, karaoke, comedy, and games. This segment dissolved formality and reminded everyone that beyond titles and duties lies a team bound by genuine connection. Dinner service began shortly after and continued seamlessly while the programme progressed, allowing conversations and celebration to flow naturally.

Voices of Appreciation

Between 7:40PM and 8:00PM, Team Leaders took turns delivering staff appreciation speeches. These moments were sincere and grounding, recognising dedication, compassion, professionalism, and teamwork across the organisation. It was a powerful reaffirmation of how deeply UtmostCare values its people.

Celebrating Outstanding Contributions

The highlight of the evening followed with the Awards and Recognition Ceremony. This segment honoured individuals whose work exemplified excellence, compassion, growth, and long-standing service.

With music provided by DJ Femi Model from Derby, the dance floor opened from 8:25PM. Staff relaxed, danced, and celebrated freely, creating joyful memories that reflected the strong bonds within the team. The evening concluded with final remarks followed by a well organised group photo session that brought together staff, management, award recipients, and the planning committee, capturing shared moments and lasting memories from a truly special night.
