We recognize that coping with a severe medical condition is challenging for both the patient and their family. Therefore, our personnel who have gone through specialized training are here to provide assistance and support during these hard times.
Palliative care service can be home-based or visiting and can offer comfort to someone who has a terminal illness. This enables them to remain in the familiar environment they are accustomed to, surrounded by friends and family.
What other services are available?
You will have one-to-one support from your carer, who specialises in palliative care. We find that this is reassuring both for yourself and your loved ones. Friends and family can visit you as they need to without having to worry about visiting times and they can be certain that, if there are any developments, they will be kept informed.
We are cognizant of how certain scenarios can alter hastily and unexpectedly. In several cases, we can assemble the necessary care within 24 hours.
