Operational Director
Akeem Abidemi

As Operational Director, Akeem is currently leading our Homecare Bespoke service including Supported Living in Buckinghamshire and surrounding. He will leads on all matters relating to the management of services in Buckinghamshire, including strategic planning and development and continuous improvements of service user care processes.

Akeem is a qualified Social Worker and has worked in the social care sector since 2004. Akeem have an in-depth understanding of relevant legislation, procedures and techniques required. Extensive knowledge of social work principles, skills and practices and their application to complex cases, and community issues.

Prior to been qualified as a Social Worker, Akeem worked with different Supported Living Organisation e.g Hull Resettlement, SHAP and Foundation Housing in Kirklees as a lead project manager in setting up service delivery for vulnerable adult and young people who may be at risk of violence, risk of offending and homeless issues.

Registered Manager
Christiana Alabi

Christiana is the registered manager responsible for the day-to-day management of our services in Buckinghamshire which includes the administration and coordination of support teams. She is an accomplished safeguarding team manager and professional with 17 years’ experience in the social care sector.

She skilled in working with vulnerable children and adults and her experience covers a wide range of vulnerabilities which includes working with children, young people with learning difficulties, inappropriate sexualised behaviours, and behavioural problems. Christiana is a qualified Social Worker, Practice Educator, qualified Best Interest and ILM level 5 Coach and Mentoring.

Lead Nurse
Olayinka Maiyegun

Ola is a registered Nurse (Learning Disabilities) and a Social Worker. She has a wealth of experience in various care settings in facilitating inclusion and improving outcomes for people with learning disabilities and mental health problems. As part of the team Ola will leads in assessing and support clients with a learning disability and physical health needs/MHiLD and behaviours in the community.

She acts as the CPA coordinator and work as part of a Joint Community Learning Disability Team (JCLDT) to ensure the needs of clients who meet eligibility criteria are met. Ola will be responsible for the comprehensive assessment of health needs of the clients and liaise with specialist units e.g. Assessment & Treatment before and during the admission of clients. Ola will lead to develop Health Action Plans (HAPS) based on the information gathered from the comprehensive health assessments ensuring that these plans are recorded fully for each client.

Staff Roles

Field Supervisor/ Care Coordinator: have responsibility for assessing clients and coordination of the care delivery teams to ensure provision of commissioned services to the people we support. They will oversee generating and maintaining person centred care/support plans and ensuring high quality support is being provided to clients, as well as promoting good practice and conducting regular supervisions and appraisals of care support workers.

Senior Support Worker: Delegates duties and ensure all aspects of personal care are provided to the service users in line with their care plan using a person-centred approach, encouraging & promoting service users to reach their maximum level of independence.
Support Workers: Working closely with senior colleagues in providing support to people in a way that is respectful, using person-centred approach to promotes independence and enables to realise service users to reach their maximum level of independence.
Utmost Solutions will provide support from fully trained and vetted staff members, All staff will have a DBS check at point of interview, and will be added to the on-line DBS system, and a robust safe recruitment process will include a competency-based interview and due diligence of checking references.  All staff will be expected to have, or work towards a Level 3 in Health and Social Care qualification.
Written referrals are required detailing any known risks or behaviors that would affect placement with other young people.
